Super Colon Cleanse | My Stomach Is Always Bloated After I Eat Anything, But I Can’t Go To The Bathroom?
I decided to go buy those ” super colon cleanse” pills. This has been going on a while. I’m very active and 104lbs. I’m just not very regular at all. I’ve taken 4 doses of the pills in 2 days. It says to take 4 pills 3 times a day. Nothing’s happening yet.. Any suggestions ?
You must take the pills according to their instructions in order for them to be effective. Usually it will take 24 hours, or sometimes longer, for them to kick in. But a better way to handle this is to eat more dietary fiber, both soluble (like in oats) and insoluble (like in lettuce, celery, cucumbers, carrots). Eat a salad every day. Eat more vegetables and less bread and meat. If you must eat grains, make them whole grains (they have the fiber still in them). You also might try liquid Milk of Magnesia in the evening just before bed. Follow the dosage on the bottle. Some colon cleansers are very sluggish to work. MOM is not. It might take 24 hours the first time you take it, but 12 the next.
Are you eating enough fiber and staying hydrated?
